Police have arrested and charged a New Hampshire man in connection with a shooting that killed a semi truck driver over the weekend.
The incident happened shortly before 3:30 pm on Saturday, October 29 in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The Manchester Police Department responded to the intersection of South Willow and Kay streets near the Mall of New Hampshire after a man had been shot.
Officers found 45-year-old truck driver Dzemel Kardakovic unresponsive at the scene with a gunshot wound. He later died on the spot.
A local news outlet reports that a witness saw an SUV stop and start in traffic in front of Cardakovic’s semi truck. Witnesses said Kardakovic got out of his truck to talk to the SUV driver and shot the SUV driver before fleeing the scene.
After stopping the vehicle at 6.30 pm on Saturday, the SWAT team took two people into police custody.
Manchester police later announced that 22-year-old Tyreese Harris had been arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree murder.(1) knowingly causing the death of Decemal Kardakovic, age 45, by shooting him with a firearm; Instead, (2) for negligently causing Kardakovic’s death under circumstances manifesting gross indifference to the value of human life, Harris shot Kardakovic with a firearm.“
According to the New Hampshire union leader, Kardakovic’s son and son-in-law were in the truck when the shooting occurred.
Kardakovic was an owner-operator with a wife and three children.
