Mukhtar is a Certified Public Accountant from the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy with a bachelor’s degree in Business Systems from the University of Bahrain and a total of 15 years of work experience in the areas of auditing and risk assessment with well-known institutions such as Bahrin Airport Services Company ( BAS) and Ithmaar Bank.
AlRayes holds a degree in Law from the University of Bahrain and has over 12 years of experience in the field, having worked as a legal consultant in a number of specialized fields, including mostly in the Islamic Banking sector. Before joining ASRY, he held various positions with renowned firms such as Ithmaar Bank, Bahrain Islamic Bank, and Talal Abu Ghazal Legal (TAGLegal), in addition to his experience in the Real Estate field.
