Summary of Employers: The Applicant has requested a SUP to construct a three-story multi-family housing complex.
Facilities include 369 beds, administrative facilities and state-of-the-art facilities
facilities to include outdoor recreation areas, dog parks, flower and vegetable gardens
and other site improvements. The Applicant is also applying for a SUP for a residence to
non-residential zone to include 12 nursing home units. Planning Commission
