Annandale Public School District 876 Regular School Board Meeting – September 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm

South Haven Township (Executive) is inviting Proposals for the construction of the following project:
South Water Tower 204010
Bids for construction of the Project will be received at 521 Oak Avenue, PO Box 97, South Haven, MN 56382 until Wednesday, November 30, 2022, 11:00 am local time. At that time the Applications received will be opened and announced. The opening and publication of Bids may be subject to change under the COVID-19 prevention measures. The Project includes the following Activities:
Construction of New Water Tower, Watermain, demolition of old tower, water extraction, and electric power.

The Owner and Engineer are not responsible for all or part of the Bid Documents, including supplements, if any, obtained from sources other than the Bid Office.
Bid documents may also be inspected at the Willmar Builders Exchange, 2104 East Highway 12, Willmar, MN 56201; office of the South Haven City Clerk/Treasurer at 521 Oak Avenue, South Haven, MN, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. or can be purchased online at www.bollig-engineering.com under the tab order through QuestCDN for $40.
A printed copy of the Application Documents can be obtained from the Admissions Office by paying a deposit $100 for each set. Applicants who return all sets of Application Documents in good condition within 10 days of receipt of Applications will receive a refund $60.00 for documents returned in good condition within the period specified above. Prepare cashier’s checks for Bid Documents payable to Bollig Inc.

Instructions to Suppliers
For all requirements related to bidding, criteria, conditions, and contract award, please refer to the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bid Documents.
American iron and steel sector 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Laws of 2017 (Part A – Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Sports Administration, and Interim Appropriations Act of 2017) and subsequent laws prescribing the requirements of the country a US iron and steel regulation will affect this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term “iron and steel products” means the following products of iron or steel: pipes or non-pipes, pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings , water, tanks, valves, pipelines and stops, valves, structural steel, reinforced. precast concrete, and Building Materials. The following exclusions apply to this contract: De Minimis, Minor Components, and Pig iron and direct reduction steel. Fee Rate This program is funded by USDA Rural Development and the Small Town Development Association. Accordingly, Federal fees apply to this contract.

USING REPRESENTATION AND VOTING ASSISTANCE
Notice is hereby given to the eligible voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, of the following election: The Full Validity Test of voting devices DS200 counters and Omniballet, auxiliary voting devices, used during the election. and put it on November 1, 2022 immediately following the November Town Meeting at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Town Hall. The purpose of this test is to make sure that the tools are correct to cast votes for all races and candidates. The public is invited to attend. The General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The election will be held at the Town of French Lake located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you wish to abstain, contact the Wright County Clerk’s Office. Polls will be open from Seven (7) o’clock to eight (8) o’clock in the evening
