Waterloo Region, Ontario – Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Major Crimes Unit continue to investigate a shooting that occurred on August 6, 2022 in Waterloo.
At approximately 3:25 a.m., police received a report of a person shot at Larch Street and Hickory Street.
Investigators believe that this is a targeted incident.
Investigators would like to identify and speak to the three individuals pictured below in connection with this incident.

On August 6, 2022, at approximately 3:25 p.m., police received reports of a person shot at Larch Street and Hickory Street.
Members of the WRPS Major Crime Unit are continuing the investigation. Investigators would like to identify and speak to the three individuals pictured below in connection with this incident.

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a shooting in Waterloo on August 6, 2022.
At approximately 3:25 a.m., police received a report of a person shot at Larch Street and Hickory Street.
Upon arrival, police found a 21-year-old Waterloo male suffering from gunshot wounds.
The man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators believe that this is a targeted incident.
There will be an increased police presence in the area throughout the day as detectives canvass the area.
Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Unit are continuing to investigate.
