Casselberry, Fla. – An 18-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with the fatal shooting of his friend at a Casselberry home in July, police said.
Hunter Michael Hill has been charged with manslaughter for the shooting death of 17-year-old Isaiah Santiago, the Casselberry Police Department said.

Police responded to a July 28 shooting on Paddock Way near Seminola Boulevard, east of US 17-92.
The arrest came months after the shooting “after Hill’s parents refused to cooperate with the investigation,” the department said.
According to Casselberry Police, early in the investigation a woman reported receiving a phone call from her son who said he had accidentally shot and killed his friend.
No other information was released.
