Burton Police ID Victim In Shooting Outside Starlight Coney Island | Media Pyro

BURTON, MI – Burton Police have released the name of a man who was fatally shot in the parking lot of Starlight Coney Island over the weekend.

Jeffrey William Flick, 38, of Genesee Township, was shot multiple times following an argument inside the restaurant, police said.

Hurley was taken to Medical Center where he died.

A suspected shooter was taken into custody after driving to Hurley Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the arm. Police said he will be booked into the Genesee County Jail on a homicide charge.

Burton police were called to the restaurant around 9pm on Saturday, November 12th after reports of shots fired.

Dispatch advised officers that a person had been shot. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds, later identified as Flick.

Witnesses said Flick and the suspect were fighting inside the restaurant. The two left the business and continued to argue in the parking lot, after which the two exchanged gunfire.
