(NASDAQ:CRGE) Chairman and CEO Andrew Fox announced today the appointment of Jim Biehl as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Biehl to Charge from Tyme Technologies, Inc., an early stage biotechnology company. He served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and is also a member of Tyme’s Board of Directors.
Charge’s core business is expertise in the design, engineering, installation, monitoring and maintenance of EV charging and wireless broadband installations across a range of commercial enterprises. Charge offers end-to-end infrastructure integration to meet the needs of the country in both areas.
Before joining Tyme, Mr. Biehl at the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in the Securities Exchange Group. As a corporate attorney with over 30 years of experience representing public and private companies and structuring, negotiating, and managing banking and corporate transaction matters, He has extensive experience in federal and state securities law, public debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, the formation and management of new companies, and corporate governance issues. The industrial experience of Mr. Biehl includes communications, media, medicine, health, biotechnology, and the environment. Mr. Biehl in the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management, Economics, Increase itfrom Carnegie Mellon University, and his Juris Doctor, Honorable Mentionfrom University College Law School.
