How to Comply with COPPA

You must also provide a description of the parent’s rights, such as the right to view the child’s personal information or instruct you to delete it. Operators who violate COPPA may face civil penalties of up to $46,517 for violations. The FTC has previously imposed millions of dollars in fines in settlements with companies that failed to comply with COPPA.
