Discuss Adds privacy features to Made for Pharma

In the US, video feedback platform Discuss has added a number of privacy and security features to its ‘Made for Pharma’ solution, enabling the sharing of experiences while reducing the risks involved.
Based in Seattle, Discuss offers an enterprise-grade consumer conversation platform that combines video with a qualitative research workflow. Its new features include the ability to anonymize records and names using “smoothing” to protect the personal information of recruiters and respondents. Additional options ensure that observers can be restricted from hearing native audio (due to voice modulation).
