A NOTICE has been filed with this court by Deborah S. McDaniel a Petition for Verification of Final Settlement of Accounts, for Approval of Fees and Charges, and Order for Final Distribution and Preliminary and Final Settlement and the matter is set for trial on Tuesday, the 13th day of December, 2022, at 1:30 pm in the courthouse of the court having jurisdiction. All persons having an interest in the land shall be notified to appear and show cause why the petition is not granted. The Petition contains a request for an award of attorney’s fees and costs incurred and assessed in the sum of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Three and 25/100 Dollars ($7,683.25) to D Terra Law, LLC.
