Man ‘kills’ his wife with help from mother, brother & second wife; The police arrested him | Media Pyro

GUWAHATI: Police in Nagaon district of Assam have arrested a man accused of killing his wife.

The accused is named Abdul Hameed, 35 years old.

Hamid is accused of killing his wife – Montu Begum (30) – “along with his mother, brother and second wife”.

The incident was reported from Pandit Ghat village under Kampur in Nagaon district of Assam.

Assam Police informed that Abdul Hamid killed his wife by “strangling”.

“The accused has been arrested and sent to judicial custody,” he told Nagaon police in Assam.

Meanwhile, the police are looking for the other three accused in the case.

The other three accused are: Khursida Khatun (the second wife of the arrested accused), Halima Khatun, (the mother of the arrested accused) and Samed Ali (brother of the arrested accused).
