The youth who fired shots at the house and vehicles is in custody | Media Pyro

TIPTON, CO., Tenn. (WMC) – On Nov. 3, shots were fired at a residence and vehicles, according to the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say the shooting happened at a home on Sanford Road. Regarding a domestic disturbance.

The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Jonathan Lindsey, was involved in an argument with his father during the argument, deputies say. Lindsay retrieved a gun from inside the house and began firing. He then went outside and threatened his father and fired shots at the vehicles and inside the house.

Lindsey’s mother was home when the shots were fired, and he fled the scene before deputies arrived.

Detectives were called to the residence to investigate—Lindsey later returned home to be taken into custody.

Lindsay has been charged with domestic violence and reckless endangerment. He is expected to appear in court on Nov. 29 at 9 a.m. on a $20,000 bond.
