Oakland, Calif. – Oakland police responded to a shooting outside a strip mall Wednesday that left two people injured.
The shooting happened in the 10300 block of International Boulevard at 103rd Avenue just after 5 p.m.
Arriving officers found two elderly victims with gunshot wounds, police said. Officers administered medical aid before paramedics took over, police said. The injured were taken to a local hospital where they remain in critical condition.
Police investigation is in progress. Police have not released any suspect information and no arrests have been announced.
Video from SKYFox shows several pieces of evidence on the ground and broken car windows. A black sedan at the scene has at least 10 bullet holes. Bystanders said they heard rapid gunfire.
